AI Consultant · Dallas, TX Operator advisory

AI consulting for
Dallas operators.

Austin-based, serving Dallas and the Texas Triangle. Eleven brands across SEO, growth, B2C, B2B — the AI agent strategy I advise on gets tested across that portfolio first.

What I advise on

Three buckets for Dallas-area founders.

  1. 01
AI roadmap for founders. Where AI changes your unit economics in the next 12 months — and where it doesn't. Honest assessment, no vendor pitch.
  2. 02
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy. How to get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini — not just ranked by Google. With concrete page-level work, not principles.
  3. 03
Agent system design review. You already have an internal team building. I review what you're shipping, where the prompt brittleness lives, what evals you're missing.

UCLA '17. Founder + AI agent builder.
Austin operator.

I built and ran 11 brands from Austin — DTC, a media network, B2B SaaS — and designed the AI agent systems that ran each one. Dallas-area clients get that same operator playbook.

Cited in Forbes, Inc., HuffPost, BBC, Mashable. The 247-issue newsletter runs alongside the agent work.

FAQ for Dallas-area AI consulting.

Are you based in Dallas?

I'm based in Austin, ~3 hours from Dallas. For Dallas-area engagements I work remote-first and travel in for kickoff + key reviews. The Texas Triangle is my home market — Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio.

What's the engagement structure for Dallas clients?

Same three tiers as anywhere: free 30-min intro (Cal.com), $9,500 full SEO + GEO audit (4 weeks deep, 90-day plan), or longer-term retainer. AI agent builds run 3–8 weeks, custom-priced.

What kinds of Dallas-area companies do you work with?

Best fit: $1M–$25M annual revenue, organic-leaning growth, founder still close to the marketing P&L. Dallas's fintech, SaaS, corporate-tech, and AT&T-adjacent ecosystem all map well. Pre-revenue and large-enterprise both have better options elsewhere.

Can we meet in person?

Yes — happy to come to Dallas for the discovery call or kickoff. Uptown, Deep Ellum, and Downtown are easy meeting areas. Most of the actual build/audit work runs remote.

How is this different from a Big Four AI consulting practice?

Big Four ships decks. I ship deployed agents in your repo. Pricing model is different — I charge for the build, not for headcount-hours. Capacity is different — I cap at 2 builds at a time, they staff hundreds. Best fit depends on what you actually need.
